Q: How do I use my discount, coupon, gift certificate or Chewie Dollars?

A: Right now the only way to get the discount is by e-mailing or using the form.  I will them customize the invoice for you and send it through PayPal in case you want to pay by credit card or bank account.

 

Q: If an item requires additional shipping fees how to I pay for them and how do I know how much it will cost.

A: If you use the shopping cart system I will send you another invoice stating the additional fees for the item that you want, it is based on size, weight and distance.  If you would like to know the shipping before you purchase please e-mail me.

 

Q: Do you sell gift certificates to purchase on the website?

A: As of right now if you would like a gift certificate you would have to e-mail me with you name, address, and amount you want the gift certificate to be and the name of the person it is for.  I would then send you the invoice as well as the gift certificate.

 

Q: Can I request items that I don’t see on your website?

A: Of course, I have access to millions of pet products.  If you are looking for something in particular just e-mail me and I will do my best to find you items and send you pictures and a price list.

 

Q: Do items purchased on Ebay count towards Chewie Dollars.

A: Yes they contact towards Chewie Dollars, but you can only redeem Chewie Dollars through placing an order through e-mail, not a purchase from Ebay.

 

Q: What is the difference between buying on Ebay or through you website?

A: There really is no price difference, but for the same price on Ebay, you could get priority shipping if you bought through the website.
